Blenheim Palace unveils new wedding venues

Happy couples can now enjoy an intimate wedding ceremony at the stunning Blenheim Palace, following the opening of its two new venues at the Oxfordshire stately home.

Historic Oxfordshire country house, Blenheim Palace, will be offering brides- and grooms-to-be two new venues in which to say ‘I do’, following the opening of its Malplaquet and Oudenarde Rooms.

Perfect for intimate weddings and civil ceremonies, the rooms can accommodate up to 18 people, with The Malplaquet Room overlooking the palace’s stunning Italian garden, while the Oudenarde Room looks out over the East Courtyard.

Discussing the new rooms, Heather Carter, head of operations said: ‘We decided to incorporate them into our weddings and civil ceremonies to offer a wider selection for couples to choose from.

‘Combined with our extraordinary selection of reception venues; ranging from the Great Hall and Long Library to The Orangery and The Water Terraces means we are able to provide a huge variety of venues in a truly unique and historic location.’

Set within 2,000 acres of beautiful landscaped gardens in the beautiful countryside and boasting a rich and royal history, Blenheim Palace is a picture-perfect wedding venue.
